This chill line roller used in a roofing manufacturing process was sent to us for remanufacturing after excessive body wear began impacting surface condition and process stability. Prolonged service under thermal cycling and high contact pressure had worn the roll body out of specification, increasing the risk of tracking issues and inconsistent cooling performance.

Our repair process restored the roller body through controlled weld build-up followed by a hard chrome coating, rebuilding the surface to the required profile and finish while providing a durable, wear-resistant working surface. The result is a fully restored roller body with improved surface integrity and extended service life — ready for continued operation in a demanding chill line environment.
