Weld Overlay, Hard Chrome Plating

We received this CAT 793 haul truck front suspension rod from an extremely busy mining area, where the 793 had sustained significant damage. Typically, customers would replace the rod in such cases. However, we were able to restore it using our Weld Overlay procedure. Now this cylinder is back in the field, ready to perform for many years to come, all at a fraction of the replacement cost.
